Precautions
1. When ordering, please choose the correct departure date, boarding location, and contact information(E.g LINE/Whatsap/Wechat ID (Optional)
2. Please arrive at the assembly area at least 10 to 15 minutes before departure date.
3. Latecomers will be unable to participate and cannot, on this account, request order modification, cancellation or refund.
4. If the tour cannot be formed due to insufficient numbers, the member can choose to pay the replacement price or arrange a full refund.
5. Because of bad weather, the decision on whether or not to join the Youth League will be final on that day. If the trip cannot be made due to weather problems, full refunds will be made.
6. If departures are temporarily cancelled due to personal factors, the cost will not be refunded.
7. There are potential risks and dangers in all travel activities. Evaluation of your health or ability is appropriate for this trip. Do not participate reluctantly.
8. It is recommended that you decide whether you are covered by personal travel insurance on your own terms and give an additional guarantee for your trip.
9. We do not recommend that pregnant women or passengers with hypertension, heart disease, fear of heightened disease, asthma, epilepsy or other conditions in which they are unfit to engage in stimulating activities.
Cancellation policy
2019/20 Ski Tour Cancellation policy
・Tour departs on both rainy and snowy days. Reschedule of departure day or refund will be arranged due to inclement weather.
・100% Refund will be arranged due to insufficient participant number or emergency.
・No refund will be arranged due to unsatisfactory traffic condition.
・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 20 days before departure. (Not included handling charges)
・50% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 10 days before departure. (Not included handling charges)
・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 10 days before departure.
※Handling charges at USD 13 per reservation applies on any cancellation made on 1-Day Ski Tour.
※Handling charges at USD 51 per reservation applies on any cancellation made on all other Ski Tours and room reservation.
