Precautions
・Please present passport and given QR code / Order number for ticket redemption. ・You are required to provide full name while making reservation (Match with passport name) ・No Refund will be made due to traffic conditions ・Age Limit for Activities Requirements，Weight: 35~120 kg / Height: 140~200 cm，Must be in good health ・Ticket is valid on weekdays only ・Booking has to be confimred at 3 least days prior to using date ・Need arrival 30 mins before the specified time. If not it will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided.
Cancellation policy
・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 16 days before departure.
・70% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 15 days before departure.
・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 3 days before departure.
