You are required to provide full name while making reservation (Match with passport name)
・No Refund will be made due to traffic conditions
・Free admission is allowed to infants under 36 months. Please bring a valid ID or valid documents for verification.
・Infants under 12 months can enter the park and use the infant playing facilities (e.g., Kidstoria) for free.
・Infants 12 ~ 35 months can enter the park for free (except group visitors), but the use of infant playing facilities is charged.
Cancellation policy
・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 16 days before departure.
・70% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 15 days before departure.
・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 3 days before departure.
