・You are required to provide full name while making reservation (Match with passport name)
・No Refund will be made due to traffic conditions
・Under 36 months old (documentary evidence (certified copy of resident registration) is required)
・Exit and return to Snow Park is not allowed.

Cancellation policy
・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 16 days before departure.
・70% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 15 days before departure.
・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 3 days before departure.
