Latest entrance：You are required to redeem ticket 30 minutes prior to departure time.
・Please present passport and given QR code / Order number for ticket redemption.
・You are required to provide full name while making reservation (Match with passport name)
・No Refund will be made due to traffic conditions

・Free admission for infant under 36 months，Kids under 5 should be accompanied by an adult traveler.
・Adult travelers will be asked to sign a liability certificate of tall risks before taking a rail bike, guaranteeing full responsibility of their child.
Cancellation policy
・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 16 days before departure.
・70% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 15 days before departure.
・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 3 days before departure.
