Trout lives only in clear, clean and cold waters. The freshest trout is in season from December to the end of February.

To catch the trout, use a fishing rod and drop the fishing line into the ice hole to attract it.
Fish caught can be eaten raw dipped in a vinegar red pepper paste sauce or grilled.
The Pyeongchang Trout Festival takes place from December until February in Pyeongchang.

Pyeongchang is a county in Gangwon province of South Korea, it became famous for tourist.
Because it will host the 2018 Winter Olympics and the 2018 Winter Paralympics.
