Precautions: ・Please choose the correct departure date, meeting point and fill in the contact person & number, and write your LINE/ Whatsapp/ Wechat ID (any) in remarks.

・Tour departs on both rainy and snowy days. Reschedule of departure day or refund will be arranged due to inclement weather.
・No refund will be arranged due to unsatisfactory traffic condition.
・Price included Chinese/ English speaking driver, no extra charge to be added.
・Please inform us in advance if there are any wheelchair, stroller or luggage.
・Overtime charge KRW40,000 per hour should be paid to driver if the tour exceed the time specified time.
・If you request to amend the tour date 3 days prior to departure day due to any personal reason, you will be charged KRW 20,000/ person as a handling charge.

Cancellation: ・100% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 14 days before departure.
・50% refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled by 7 days before departure.
・No refund will be arranged if the reservation is canceled 6 days within departure.
